Return & Refund Policy

At Vault Allocations, owned and operated by Customized It, your 
satisfaction is our priority.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If you are 
not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it 
within that window.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original 
condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we 
can guide you through the process.

RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We 
recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not 
responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify 
you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business 
days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us 
immediately and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
